Is the laundry your undoing?

I hate to break it to you, but the majority of women will never get fit at a gym! Why? Well, most don’t even want to go there in the first place. They have full-time work, homes, families and hobbies which drag their time and attention away.

Plus, who wants to workout at the same location all the time, use the same public equipment, and feel like you’re at a meat market? Not me.

You will do just fine outside this model!

After helping hundreds of women transform their bodies, I can tell you that the secret to winning the game of fitness is to imbue it with hope, going from dread to anticipation.

Here’s the thick of it…ready?

It takes:
  • bodyweight exercise done at home
  • delicious unprocessed foods
  • and L.I.F.T. (ladies in fellowship together, you with your coach and other women)

The difference then remains in the space between your choices.

Are you the mom who will drink a high calorie breve latte and stare at Fake-book while your children play at the park OR will you grab your water, say a prayer with your children before exciting the car and then run around and play hard with them as you climb, balance and chase?

It really is the tale of two moms at the park with kids for 45 min. One wins at this and the other slips deeper into her personal hell.

Choose the simple things that make this sustainable and kick the gym mentality to the curb.

The difference then remains in the space between your choices.

Are you the mom who drinks wine while folding 5 loads of laundry while gossiping on a phone call with a girlfriend at night OR do you grab that laundry and do a lunge in between each piece as you fold, also recognizing that each garment comes with the suggestion that you pray in intercession for the person who wears it?

It really is the tale of two moms tackling laundry for 25 min. One wins at this and the other slips deeper into her personal hell.

Don’t get carried away…there’s a time for a latte, a glass of wine and chatting with our girlfriends, but your health is made up of MOMents which create MOMentum for you.

So, your next call needs to be with me! I want to ignite and inspire the mom that IS in you who sees a very faithful and fit life as super achievable. Let’s lock arms and get you going properly and with ease and grace.

Book your personalized call with me a free hour of power!

Be THAT woman in Christ,

Coach Rebecca

"The course has really changed my whole outlook. Faith should permeate all I do but often I didn't make a real connection between my physical health, my exercise and food choices, with prayer and offering to God. What an amazing gift to realize how important both body and soul are to honoring the Lord! I came into the course feeling really discouraged about my fitness levels and weight. As I progressed through the weeks of mindset work, creative exercise routines and food information I realized I was really seeing important changes in my body and energy levels. It's helped me realize that with prayer, creativity and determination I can make change happen."
