alone, early in the day, late at night, while pregnant, etc.

Understand that the Church is right so you can know with certainty that it’s calling you
to a better stewardship of your body and your soul.
You must be concerned about your looks that you don’t just leave yourself where you are in body or soul,

I am not a Mom...does this program speak best to those that are?
While it is branded as Fit Catholic Mom, it is applicable to ANY Catholic woman. Whether single, married, with children, empty nesting, young or old...this is still for you.
What do I need to own to get started with W.I.S.E. Gals training?
The prescribed exercises should be done in good supportive shoes without too many miles on them. Clothing should be non-restrictive to movement and modest to give the right impression to family or community. Almost all exercises will be prop free to build good general strength.
Will I need a gym membership or recreation center pass?
It is my express intent to teach every woman how to get a workout anywhere. I have created fitness programming to be completed at home or another FREE venue of your choice!
What if I don't have access to all the foods on the list?
The foods needed to create the meals are not exotic and should normally be available where you live. With a global clientele, this may not be the case, so let me know where you're at at we can brainstorm using alternative foods available to you.
What if I live in a sweltering summer or a frigid winter climate?
It is optimal to be able to workout outside to fulfill what the program prescribes, but if you cannot, then you might explore the option of having an indoor spin bike, treadmill, or elliptical to accomplish the largest piece of the cardio training. Almost all of the time it is a lack of having proper clothing that keeps us from going out.
What happens at the end of the training?
You will automatically become a Grad Gal so you can stay connected and motivated to reach your goals seeing that healthy Fit Catholic Mom lifestyle moving forward. You can restart the course anytime for free and you'll still have access to weekly coaching with me!
